Dear Mr/Mr's Smith

I am writing on the account of a luxury mansion on 69 John Road. This house is fully furnished and is selling for 200,00$. I will be talking to you two about the features, area and more about this wonderful house.

There is a wide variety options you can make by yourselves because you are living on a large hill secluded from society which spans a large 10,00 square meters. The architectural designing on the house is much more unique than your traditional suburban house. The master bedroom is also a catch because it takes up 2/3's of the top floor of this house.

There is a watchtower in the front of the house equipped with many fancy gimmicks to play around with, so children and family can be further entertained. The back and front fields could be used as a garden, play areas for kids, and ETC. Now as we step back inside to follow up into the kitchen, it is made to please any kind of chef because its a massive luxury dream, fully equipped with the newest ovens, stoves, cupboards, utensils and many other pieces that are pleasing to the eye.
